Prayer 2: The Soul of Prayer

is a six-week live online journey into the essence of prayer, hosted by Karen Mills-Alston, ALSP, and guided by a dynamic team of spiritual teachers: Rev. Suzi Lula, Rev. Keith Horwitz, Rev. Arlene Hylton, Eisha Mason, ALSP, Rev. Jason Daveon Mitchell, and Rev. Joanne Coleman.

Building on the foundation of Prayer 1: The Power of Prayer

...  this expanded course takes you beyond the structure and mechanics of prayer into its heart and soul—into the depth of feeling, presence, and direct communion with the Divine.

In The Soul of Prayer, you’ll shift from using prayer to manifest things and outcomes into a deeper awareness of surrendering to God. This shift creates the spiritual conditions for abundance, healing, and fulfillment to flow into your life with grace.

Join us on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM PT, starting on August 19, 2025, and discover what it truly means to fall in love with prayer—and with the Presence itself.

“The depth of prayer is when an individual is really in that state of gratitude – or recognizing that Presence – and feeling their Oneness with It and having a deep realization that what they’re praying for they already have.”

~Michael B. Beckwith

This is not just a class. It’s a calling.

A calling back to the altar of your own heart. A calling to intimacy with the Presence. A calling to the sacred space where nothing needs to be fixed, only revealed.

In a world that appears to be unraveling at the seams, where old paradigms try to cling to power as new paradigms emerge, there is a place within you that remains untouched.

Unshaken. Whole. In The Soul of Prayer, you return to that place.

This isn’t about manifesting more things, it’s about embodying more Truth. It’s not about getting, it’s about becoming—becoming the one who knows the Presence. Who feels the Presence. Who is the Presence.

The Soul of Prayer Is…

A six-week mystical immersion into the essence of prayer; not just its form, but its feeling. This course expands upon the foundational Prayer 1: The Power of Prayer and lifts you into a state of surrendered communion with the Divine.

Here, prayer is not a practice you do, prayer becomes the space from which you live. It’s the space where clarity is revealed, where peace is restored, and where your Oneness with God is realized.

What You’ll Experience:

  • A deeper embodiment of the 6-Step Affirmative Prayer and approaching each step as meditative portals of consciousness
  • A shift from “praying for” to living in surrendered receptivity
  • Receive sage advice emphasizing the courage to show up for yourself as a parent.
  • Anchoring prayer as a lifestyle, not just a practice
  • Immersion into the feeling tone that opens the heart and gives voice to revelation and healing
  • The joy of falling in love, not just with prayer, but with the Presence itself
  • Whether you are new to prayer or have an established prayer practice, you will leave this course in an elevated, enriched, and altered state from being immersed in the practice and feeling tone of prayer
